Important Wig Info
Wig Sizing All wigs, unless otherwise stated, should fit average size adult heads, which range in circumference around the hairline edge from approximately 21.25 inches to 22.5 inches. Due to variations in brand and manufacture, this measurement is an approximate.
Wig Care
Use a wig comb or your fingers to gently untangle knots from the bottom to the top of the wig. Wigs should be stored in their original packaging or a soft, low static bag.
All wigs, unless otherwise stated, are not heat resistant. Always test before applying any heat tools to your wig to ensure you do not melt the fiber.
If you need to wash a wig, use a gentle shampoo in cool water. Swish the wig around in the water: do not try to lather as it will just tangle. Dry flat on a towel until no longer dripping, then hang dry.
Terminology If a wig features a "skin top" it has a large, skin-like plastic under the hair at the top of the wig, allowing the wig to be parted in multiple ways. If a wig has a "skin part" it has a plastic skin under the area where the wig is parted to make it look more natural.
